Robertas Dargis

Chairman of Board of Lithuanian real estate development association, director of "EIKA" Ltd. Since 2000 until 2001 was a Chancellor of Government of the Republic of Lithuania. From 2003 to 2004 lecturer at Vilniaus Gediminas Technical University. Robertas Dargis was a president of Real Estate Assosiation in Lithuania since 2006. President of Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists since 2012. 

In 2009 received Presidential nomination Order for Merits to Lithuania, Cross of Commander. One of initiators of “Amber sail” project. 

Giedrius Dusevičius

G. Dusevičius has been working in „ECOFIN Baltic Consulting Ltd.“ for 3 years. As financial expert and consultant joined the “Hansabank” group and managed the new “Hanza lizingas” company founded in 1996. In 2001 G. Dusevičius was appointed to the “Hansabankas” management board. In 2003 secured position of an acting Head of the Management Board and in 2004 became the Head of the Management Board. Since 2008 is the Head of Business Development Division in Baltic Banking, Swedbank.

Jaunius Gumbis

Partner with the LAWIN lawyer agency “Lindeika, Petrauskas, Valiunas and partners”.  Head of trade and technology practice group.  Associated Professor and a lecturer at the Vilnius University Faculty of Law. Specialises in Law Philosophy and Juridical argumentation. 

Evaldas Ignatavičius

Vice-minister of Lithuania’s Foreign Affairs. Former secretary to Ministry of Lithuania’s Foreign Affairs and lecturer at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science. 2004 – 2009 served as Lithuania’s Ambassador-at-Large to Germany. 2009 - 2012 held a position of vice-minister of foreign affairs responsible for security and eastern policies as well as public diplomacy.

In 2003 received Presidential nomination Order for Merits to Lithuania, Cross of Commander. Since 2013 Lithuanian ambassador in Belarus.

Mindaugas Jusius

Has gathered experience of more than 10 years in finance sector. Started his career in banking from the counter position. Latter career path included formation of the bank branch network and organization structure, was responsible for life insurance and retail banking services expansion. At the moment occupies the post of Chairman & CEO at Swedbank Life Insurance SE.

Mykolas Katkus

Chairman of the Board of Directors at the communications consultancy "VRP | Hill & Knowlton".
Company’s frontman since 1999. Consultant to the biggest state businesses and institutions. In 2003 led the coalition of few communication companies for European Union referendum. Author of numerous publications and commentaries on communication and communication strategy.    

Virginijus Lepeška

Dr. Virginijus Lepeška is the Head of management consulting and training company “OVC Consulting”. Has been working in consulting organizations for more than 20 years. Combines consulting with work at Vilnius University. Associated professor and a lecturer of psychology. Released numerous publications in Lithuanian and Foreign academic journals. 

Linas Linkevičius

Linas Linkevičius is the minister of Foreign Affairs since 2012. He served as minister of National Defence from 1993 to 1996 and from 2000 to 2004. He was the Lithuanian Permanent Representative to NATO from 2005 until 2011.

Indrė Makaraitytė

Editor in Chief of “Atgimimas” weekly. Lecturer at the Vilnius University Communication faculty and an author of numerous articles on political financing, interest groups and political corruption. Member of the Lithuanian Social Sciences forum and portal promoting higher standards for journalism ethics. Alumni of IIRPS comparative politics MA program. Indre Makaraitytė is also a member of the Management Board of “Transparency International” Lithuania.   

Inga Skisaker

Head of Management Committee, General Manager of Nordea Bank Lithuania

Inga Skisaker was a CEO at "Rimi Lietuva" in 2004. She was the head of "Baltic Fund Securities" fund since 1996. She also was a board member at "Rokiškio sūris" and supervisory board member at "Dvarčionių keramika". 

Since 2008 is General Director of Nordea Bank AB Lithuania Branch as well as board memeber of the Investors' forum. 

Mindaugas Vinkus

Consultant to the Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania. Formerly was employed as a consultant on human resources and public relations in private enterprises, was head of personnel and corporate relations at the milk-processing company JSC “Pieno žvaigždės” and the Bank of Lithuania. Gained international work experience in Public Affairs and Human Resources management departments of European Central Bank. Has been working as a journalist for a long time, published 2 books on history of Lithuanian currency, academic articles and political commentaries. Completed both BA and MA studies at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University.

Alvydas Žabolis

Managing Partner at investment banking and private equity group "Zabolis Partners".

Financing and investment banking specialist. Alvydas Žabolis is the founder and managing partner of private equity group “Zabolis Partners”. Graduated in 1984 from Vilnius University Physics faculty and spent some time working for a laser technology group Eksma. In 1993 – 1995 was appointed as a head of Lithuanian shareholding banking treasury department. Occupied the position of the head of “Vilfirma” company, initiated the business financing services.  

Per Carlsen

Ambassador of Denmark to the Republic of Latvia. 1997 – 2001 acted as Danish ambassador to Lithuania. 2005 – 2010 ambassador to Russia. Former director of the Institute of International Relations in Denmark.    

Dr. Terry Clark

Professor of political science and the director of the graduate program in international relations (INR), Creighton University, USA. He has published four books and has written numerous articles for such magazines as "Comparative Political Studies", "Public Choice", "PS: Political Science and Politics: Europe-Asia Studies", "Problems of Post-Communism", "Slavic review", "EEPS: Eastern European Politics and Societies", etc. He reads his lectures about comparative politics, international relations and other courses for both undergraduate and graduate programs students.
