Prof. Marty A. Linsky lecture "Leadership in public sector – what is the best practice and why is it important?“

The lecture took place on the 9th of December, 2014, at IIRPS VU.

What is „adaptive leadership“ ant why does need society it? What are the main differences between leadership in public and private sectors? Why is leadership always dangerous and how to retain the leader’s role? Can one learn to be a leader (experience of the USA and its meaning for Lithuania)?

In his lecture Mr. Linsky presented the concept of adaptive leadership.
